Classes 

If you miss a class you're registered for, don't worry—you’ll have access to a recording of that session. Please note that classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled if you’re unable to attend. In the rare event a class is canceled, you’ll have the opportunity to attend at a later date. Refunds are not available for classes. 

 

Sessions 

To reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions can be booked anytime within 12 months of purchase. Refunds are not offered for sessions. 

 

Trips & Expeditions 

Our trips and expeditions are intimate experiences with limited spaces, so all deposits and payments are non-refundable. If needed, you may transfer your registration to someone else up to 4 months before departure with a $100 transfer fee, pending approval. Please note that some exploration tickets may not be transferable.
